If you make an enquiry or send your manuscript for an evaluation then we will keep the personal information you supply on file in order to provide the requested service for you. If you do not decide to work with us then your data will be deleted within three months of the date you last contacted us.
If you do decide to work with us and sign a publishing agreement, Spiderwize will store your personal data on a secure server until such time as you request for this data to be removed. Spiderwize will only use this data to contact you regarding the fulfilment of your publishing package. You can request for this data to be changed/removed at any time. This data will be automatically removed after a period of no longer than 12 months if your publishing agreement is terminated.
If you subscribe to Spiderwize emails then we will retain your personal data for a period of up to 12 months for the sole purpose of emailing you about our news, publishing information, writing tips, author interviews, offers, book launch information and events. We will contact you at the start of each new year to confirm that you still wish to receive emails from us.
